This is a nice touch.  Thanks for adding it.

However, I sometimes (not always) get the warning even when I specify a .pov
file in the command line field (using +I) or when the command line field has a
..ini file that specifies a .pov file as the input file.

In the past, specifying an input file on the command line, with +I or via a .ini
file, has taken precedence over rendering the active window.  This old behavior
is how I normally dealt with this careless user error.

The warning dialog gives a choice between rendering the .inc file and the most
recent .pov file to use it.  No mention is made of the command line field (which
doesn't necessarily specify the same .pov file).  However, if I answer "Yes, For
This Session" or "Yes, This Time Only," it executes the command line, not the
..pov file.  For me, executing the command line is very much the desired
behavior, but it is not consistent with the text of the dialog box.  In any
case, if an input file is explicitly specified, I don't think the warning is
necessary or desirable; it just gets in the way.

I am using POV-Ray version 3.7RC3.

My OS is the infinitely exasperating Windows 7 Ultimate.  (I would like to
switch to Linux before Micro$haft further shortens my life expectancy.  Does
Ubuntu sound good?)
