POV 3.5 RC5 icl on WinNT Sp 6 PII 233 with 128 MB

Nothing important but funny comment in debug.inc:

    #if(Condition)
        #debug Message//#render not available?

#end

Is above Render() macro supposed to continue macro from 3.1 ? If not any
reason to make it if there is no #render stream ?
