POV 3.5 b 10 icl on Win 95 OSR-2 PII 233 with 128 MB

When I'm trying to close WinPOV under rendering then there is question like
"POV-Ray is currently rendering. Do you want to stop it ?". But when I try to
shut down whole system then there is no such dialog question.
