Hi, I've only had time to install 3.5 and flick through a few of scene
files but I found a few minor problems.
1. The .wav files in the sounds subfolder are waaaay too quiet. I had
to turn the volume up full to hear them easily.
2. In scenes\advanced someone seems to have left a half-rendered
chess2.bmp in the distribution files. I assume this file was not meant
to be included?
3. In scenes\portfolio the index.html has links to other html
documents ( e.g. allobjects_1.html ) but these html docs do not exist!

I think those html files are generated when you render the respective
scenes (using the respective ini files). So leaving them out is intentional.

Yep! You're absolutely right! I've just tried it. But now it
genererates the first 7 images OK but stops with the following error
for image 8 (heghtfield) "Parse Error: Expected 'map file spec',
pattern found instead" on line 264 of allobjects_.pov

Yes, this is a known bug in that file. It should be fixed in next betas.
If you want to fix it yourself, replace the "pattern" with the correspondent
"function" (see the docs for details).

Load them into the standard windows sound recorder applet, then use the
Effects menu to increase the volume.
