Is it possible to set the location fields in the index and search
results to something useful? (Or is it a MicroSoft "feature" of the help
system?)

For example, if I look up "blob" in the index, it finds two matches:-

        Title Location
        ----- --------
        Blob POV-ray for Windows Help
        Blob POV-ray for Windows Help

The information in the "Location" column doesn't tell me anything I
didn't already know. If, instead, it had said something like

        Title Location
        ----- --------
        Blob Finite Solid Primitives
        Blob Isosurface Object

then I'd know which of those sections is more likely to contain what I'm
looking for.

It's a 'feature'. The location fields only work if you merge multiple help
files into one logical one. It annoys me intensely, but there's absolutely
nothing I can do about it.
