Rerendering the insert menu graphics doesn't add any images to the Shapes
(Shorter Versions) menu.
It's no major hassle, as I merely copied the appropriate images out of
the Shapes directory, but it would be nice if it did it automatically.
Oh, and superellipsoid is spelt wrong in the aforementioned menu.
POV 3.5beta2, Athlon 1.33Ghz, 512Mb Ram, Win98SE.

It wasn't considered much of a concern. Duplicating the images seems more
overhead than of value to me anyway. Would be good if there were some kind
of redirection to prexisting image files but then that's even more trouble
than it's worth I think. Just my opinion of it.
