I have both bad news and good news for you.

Bad news first:

I'm discontinuing the series of development builds on
https://github.com/c-lipka/povray/releases. That means no more
semi-official Windows releases of the latest and greatest development
versions.

Which brings me to the good news:

Starting today, I'll instead be maintaining a similar series of
development builds right on https://github.com/POV-Ray/povray/releases.
That means OFFICIAL Windows releases of the latest and greatest
development versions.

Along with it come fully automated build tests, currently set up for
Visual Studio 2015 (Windows), gcc 4.6 with boost 1.46 (Ubuntu 12), and
gcc 4.8 with boost 1.54 (Ubuntu 14). Hopefully that will prevent broken
Unix builds in the future.

There is no bad news in the eyes of any POV-Ray user, as long as the
development of our great render engine goes on. :-)

I was wondering if there was a changelog available for these builds?

Thanks.
