Personally for you I can write a script-bash that you received the *.pov file,
without opening the Blender.
But, you will need to place mine addon BlendPov-alternative in the folder from
Blender addons. :)
And, if you aren't strained by use of pyQt or pySide or wx-Phoenix, GUI can
create for the converter...
You will have to "shape hair" based on nurbs-data... :):):)
