Currently when you render an include file you have the option of instead 
rendering the last file that used the include file.

Why not check if any currently open pov file has used the include and 
then automatically render using that file instead.

There may be a better argument, but personally I've run into many 
instances when I have a few scene files open that all include the same 
inc file, which one do you select 'automatically' then?

Also, it's not entirely impossible for an include file to have some 
visible objects produced for very simple debugging where you'd want to 
actually render the inc file.

I think what it does now is great.
