Beta 35a for Windows is up on the site. This fixes the cone axis issue and
the crash reported in fish13.pov.

Also apologies for including the proximity pattern in the beta 35 release
notes: this is a planned feature but hasn't been checked in yet.

Just wondering: What is the status of the unix source code release? 35a 
is already available for both Windows and Mac but still no source code 
release for the rest of us.

Similarly, pending changelist #4901 (which includes the change described 
as "Radiosity maximum_reuse parameter now governs the maximum effective 
radius of a sample more directly") didn't make it into the release either.
