  Fix render quality options output.
  Change references to 'CPU(s)' to 'thread(s)'.
  Update render time output to include fractional seconds.
  Fix crash reported in <4263125b@news.povray.org> and one related bug.

Yup this one's working a lot better now :)

There seems to be an artifacts issue with fog and +AM1 (as though it's
unnaturally highlighting the edges of objects).  Maybe this is something to do
with the other +AM1 artifacts bug (see "+AM1 artifact"), but then again maybe
not as it happens across the whole image, rather than random thread tiles.
