These INI file values don't work as expected :
Width=640
Height=480
Antialias=On
Antialias_Threshold=0.3

-> no antialiasing is done
Perhaps a related issue: using +AM1 or 2 on the command line turns the 
antialiasing on, but +A alone doesn't. This behaviour is opposite to the one 
in 3.6.1a

-> no file output (file output is turned on by default in 3.6.1a and 
previous versions)
Forcing the file output crashes POV-Ray, which is expected due the BMP bug.
