Using POV-Ray\scenes\radiosity\patio-radio.pov as my test file.

If I
save_file "test.rad"
and then in a subsequent render
load_file "test.rad"
always_sample off

I don't get a message about reloaded values.
Another render, and I get one and a half messages about reloaded values.
The text stream doesn't seem to be matched with the render when handling the
reloaded values message.
