Can the number of pixels per second estimate be changed to a floating point
number with at least three digits past the decimal point, instead of an
integer. I am referring to the Windows GUI version when I say this and for
very slow renders it would be very helpful to see more information than 0
Pixels Per Second for the current line.

Maybe you should try rendering a 0 PPS scene and see what happens before
complaining...

have you checked how it works in 3.5 ?

from documentation:

"Note that on extremely slow renders, the PPS indicator may change to showing
PPM (pixels per minute), or PPH (pixels per hour)."

Here is the status line from a current render using RC5:

Try to start render with +GAout.txt. You will achive file out.txt with time of
every line. Calculation is easy then.

True, but as a small convenience, it would be nice to see the average PPS
time as a floating point number to some number of decimal places.

Perhaps it uses always the same unit as second part of counter on right side.

What ? :)

You are probably doing something wrong, i read '6 PPM' currently.
