if POV-Ray is minimized and a file currently open in POV-Ray is modified
externally, (i.e. by a text editor or otherwise), when you return to
POV-Ray, it doesn't prompt or reload the file. If POV-Ray then loses focus
and then regains focus, it catches the change.
