Only the top of each new text line is shown when cursor_up key or
bottom of scroll bar used, windowed or fullscreen.
Grabbing cursor bar, scroll down and page up/down OK.
Sliding a small window (notepad) over message window restores text.
Previous betas were OK.
<ctrl>+<shift>+Tab works infrequently (didn't work at all in beta 13).
