3.5 Beta 13, Intel Compiled, Windows 2000.
I may be the only person to use <Ctrl>-Tab to cycle between document
panes...
If the "Messages" pane has the focus, and you type <Ctrl>+<Shift>+Tab
(which I think should do reverse cycle document pane)
you get a (system modal) dialog box with this message:
"The instruction at "0x77e13167" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "written".
With on OK button to stop the program and Cancel to "debug".

It does not happen going forward (<Ctrl>+Tab).
It happens whether there are documents open or not.

No, you aren't...

Confirmed. But it also doesn't do the reverse cycle at all if I do
<Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Tab> on another pane.

So long,

For me:
<Ctrl>+Tab works normal,
<Ctrl>+<Shift>+Tab doesn't produce any response. OK in other apps.

3.5 Beta 14 Intel; Windows 2000
Still there. (It's not in the list. Just trying to be thorough.)
