I have a scene where any Intel compile (3.5 beta 11 down to 3.1g) crashes
while rendering one specific output line, while the latest VC compile does
just fine without any problem. the scene has a lot of glass material and
emitting media in it and has to be rendered at least at 800x600 (+aa) to
make it happen, so it takes quite a while (about 2 hours on my system)
before the crash occurs. POV will then just quit after a standard windows
error dialog.
if anyone's interested (should be, because it says so on the download
page!), send me an email and you get the scene. it doesn't require any big
includes or images.

In addition to ABX's suggestion, does the abend happend if you resume
the image ?? Does the abend happend when you start the render at the
line in question ?? I don't consider a 2-hour trace required scene as
a minimum scene required to show a bug!
