When the I/O restriction dialogue appears, saying stuff like "I/O
restriction prohibits write access to '...' for '...'," the clock counts on
on the status bar. When the render finishes, the time you spent looking at
the dialogue box is added to the parsing time. I think the clock should be
paused when there's a message box.

In fact, the clock has never paused even when you Pause the render..
