beta 2

There's bwstripe.pov and bwstripe1.pov
and wallstucco.pov and wallstucco1.pov
which seem to are the same.
biscuit and biscuit1 differ. (The one uses includefiles the other
doesn't)

Thanks, this and a bunch of other stuff has already been fixed and will be
OK in the next beta.
