I think that "stdcam.inc" shouldn't be in the "advanced includes"
section of the standard Insert menu, since it contains a camera,
a plane and a light source, which could interfere with the user's
current scene. (and, anyway, basic scene setups are already provided
in the insert menu).

Probably a good idea i will put this as a separate point into 'Include
Files' instead, i also consider making a 'new includes' entry with some of
the newer include files, but this won't be in the next beta yet.
