Povray 3.5beta 10, Linux version

It does not seem it has already been reported, my apologies if it has been:

 - There is no easy way back to index.html once started to browse the various pages
   of the manual.

 - The <table> in intro.html is not closed with a </table>. This breaks my netscape:
   the page remains fully 'white/blank'.

Cosmetic, maybe a request for features (sorry):
 - When on a page for heading level 1 (let's say 5. ), the content of the page
  has link to all the sub-section, and in fact 'next' just jump to 5.1 .
  It would be better to be able to also jump to the next chapter (6) directly.
  Maybe just having an anchor to 'index.html' would be enough.
