I have just uploaded the current state of the insert menu including some
small layout modifications. There are now buttons at every entry for
navigation and i have added limited syntax highlighting ('//' comments)

Be careful, it's a long file (2.6 Mb in total)

The URL:

http://www.schunter.etc.tu-bs.de/~chris/imenu/insert_menu.html

Glad you warned. What I got of it is great, 15 minutes later though it
failed to be downloaded in it's entirety. This is at 428Kbits/sec too.
I'll try later to save it for offline.

You should know that we have a restriction for outgoing traffic here
between 18h and 24h local time so don't wonder if it's a bit slow then.
If there is much interest i can copy the files to a server with faster
connection.

You can also only download the html file and render the pictures
yourself. Just change the output file type and replace the spaces in the
filenames with '_'.

I think if the final version is available i will make a package with the
html file, the scenes and a script to render them. Unless there will be
something like that in the unix version by default of course.
