POV 3.5 b 15 icl on WinNT Sp 6 PII 233 with 128 MB

When I opened fresh installation of 3.5 at first I closed all opened windows in
editor anc clicked at New button on bar to start new file, then switched to
command line and added '+FN' and then pressed 'Run' button. But parsing of empty
scene failed with message:

Possible Scene File Parser Initialization Error: Could not find file'OBJECT.POV'
Scene File Parser Initialization Error: Cannot open input file.

Since I have opened window in editor and have no Input_File_Name in command line
or default ini then such message can confuse. Also Save button is disabled so
not tells me that I have to save something. 1.10.1.1.1 in doc says about New
button: This creates a new file in a new window in the internal editor. So I
should suppose new file exists.

Any confirmation ?
