Extract the image + .pov file and start the .pov file rendering.  As soon as it
starts parsing, hit Stop.  Once it confirms "Render cancelled by user", close
the POV-Ray front end (File -> Exit, or just click the X in the top corner).

The window will close but pvengine continues to end parsing, and when it finally
finishes it generates a VC++ runtime error "This application has requested the
Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

As I said, this is unrelated to the problem that Sven is having, but I noticed
it while trying to replicate his issue.
