This is a code and example image for subj.
It seems that it is necessary to take into account
not only the radius at particular control point,
but radii of its neighbours too.

Can anyone test this code?

Calculations are simple and I hope
it is not difficult to rewrite this code in C
in case it will be found useful.

Any comments?
