At least the registered version can. It works for version 3.4 and I have
had problems in Moray Ver 3.5.  Also IIRC the UDO is only a rough
representational placemarker for the INC file. Again I think this is the
case for UDO created by 3DWin or PoseRay. Then again I could be completely
wrong about the last bit.
