How can I get Moray 3.3 and 3.5 to use different directories for search paths,
plugin etc. Version 3.3 tries to load plugins for 3.5 and start a Ver 3.5 file
if it was the last one I used. I would like to keep them separate.

The MORAY.INI file in each directory needs a entry called
RegistryBase= in the [Settings] section (at the top by default).

So, you could set the MORAY.INI in the V3.3 installation like this:

[Settings]
RegistryBase=Software\SoftTronics\Moray For Windows V3.3\

and the MORAY.INI in the V3.5 installation like this:

[Settings]
RegistryBase=Software\SoftTronics\Moray For Windows V3.5\

Then each one should use seperate registry branches and thus different
settings.
