Is it possible to set up in Moray a group wherein the
objects a subgroup are rotated a specific amount
relative to their parent's rotation?

i.e. as in the following diagram:

   C             C
  +-+           +-+
  | |          / /
B| |D  ->  B / / D
  | |        / /
  +-+       +-+
   A         A

group A contains cyl. A and groups B and C
group B contains cyl. B and group C
group C contains cyls. C and D

if group B is rotated 5 degrees about its axis,
group C is rotated -5 degrees and cyl. D is
rotated 5 degrees.
