I have just uploaded a Xmas Card. The Front picture is TMWinter fron Tom Melly
who gave me permission to modify and use it.

Good idea
Did you let the diffuse at default 0.6? with image_map pigment I'm used to
rise it to 0.8 or even 0.9 because IMO they are gray and dull at  diffuse
0.6

Hmm. I did not use a finish with the image_map pigment. You are right of course,
I find diffuse 0.6 too grey. When I checked the card in the room there were
probably too many lights so the it looked white not grey. 
This is probably a good project to learn from other peoples work.
