Three things I found not changed from Beta 5

1.	pgm file format not read in heightfield.
2.	Stefan Sobol's request for the axis freeze buttons to change colour when
the freeze is on.
3.	The Zoom To Object function still only takes the horizontal expansion of
the object into account when determining the view layout.
