I did this, kinda simplistic, but it seems it doesen't want to accept my
bump map, the rendered image's ground doesen't look anywhere near 3d

I suspect that it is because you're using a plane. In this situation I
tend to use a heightfield.
Have a look at the attached .mdl and see if that's more like you were
after.
Admittedly the main problem with using the Heightfield method is that you
can be limited in the size of terrain you can create unless you have
stupid amounts of memory.
If the attached file is not what you're after, feel free to ask again,
but could you try to post a little more information on exactly what
you're after next time?

But the ground isin't tiled, that's what I was looking for!

Erm, select the parent, press Ctrl-D (or select Edit->Duplicate) and
select the Create References option in the Duplicate dialog box.
The reason I didn't tile it the first time round is that I didn't realise
the image would tile seamlessly.
And the advantage of using reference objects is a *major* saving in
memory when rendering.
