FYI - I've updated the POV-Ray Wikipedia page with respect the blender 
interface efforts. I pointed folks to:

If there is a better introduction page, please let me know.

I didn't see a specific reference to this POV specific workspace page on 
that opening page - perhaps one there too would be good?
