Until we can get the new voting code in, I applied a patch to the site 
to allow users to view the submissions.  Go to the Current Rounds page. 
  You'll see a round entitled "Waiting for Voting".  You can hit View 
Round there to see the entries.

I expect that voting can begin next week.  Sorry for the delay.
