June 30th is almost here and I'd like to have an idea of the next topic ASAP
to see if I manage to participate this time. :-)
Anyone?

Flying pigs
Notes: pigs that can fly, winged swine, Porco Rosso, Wonder Warthog, piglet
cherubs, goggled hogs, snouty aviators, corkscrew-tailed airmen,
lighter-than-air frankfurters, dirigible salamis, porky aces. It's a bird,
it's a plane, it's SuperPig!

The FTP site seems to have been updated... the *new* topic is "Epic
Proportions" again, but this time with a 31st August deadline:

Looks like we'll have to wait a little longer to find out what the topic
*really* is.

Dessert
Notes:
Desserts, pastries, and sweets of all sorts. Icecream sandwiches, apple pie,
plum pudding, or just cake and frosting. Anything that tastes like "dessert"
in your mind.
The July-August 2004 stills round deadline is in 57 days, 58 minutes, and 32
seconds at the time this page was loaded.

Are you joking? I cannot tell. from http://www.irtc.org/stills/curtopic.html
it says:
Desert
Notes:
Deserted, abandoned, and desolate places of all sorts. Sand, cacti, palm
trees, or just vastness and desolation. Anything that evokes "desert" in
your mind.
i'd just hate to see someone waste 2 months working on the wrong topic.
though whenever i read the word "desert" think of desserts.
so maybe chocolate covered desert pigs?

Anything that evokes "desert" in my mind?
I'm lacking ideas for this topic... perhaps I should render my own mind? :-)
Or perhaps a flying pig with chocolate wings flying close to the sun over a
desert...
"Pigarus"
:-D
