It's kinda like:

light_source

    <0,0,0>
    rgb <1,.95,.8>
    fade_power 42,000
    fade_dist 37,986,021
    translate <local_latitude, local_time_of_day, local_longtitude>
}
#include "weather.inc"

and with radiosity settings maxed out. ;-)
