I downloaded all the images and stuff to winvote. My question is, Is there
any provision for those (4) images sent by
the-very-reason-for-a-filter-guy -already banned but apparently virtually
present-? Also, if there are images subject of disqualification -as
mentioned before and along with the latter- will those votes become null?

As Bill Marrs recalls, Mr. Giwer banned from the various discussions hosted by
the IRTC, but is allowed to enter the competition.

Well, thanks for your clarification. It seems that the limit to three images
was also in my imagination, as I've just checked at the IRTC Stills' FAQ,
legally speaking.
