Hi all:
Does anybody know anything about the results of the IRTC stills?
I am getting frustrated looking each day in the IRTC site to find
that nothing has changed.
It was told that the results will be on line on september 15th
and today is 20th.
What's happening?

It's a toss-up between you and me, and the decision is a hard one to
make.
Good luck.
;)
Joking apart, I'm wondering the same.

I'm afraid I know nothing either :(. I'm getting quite stressed about it. It's
not that I expect to do good or bad, I just want to know the result!

Hi,
I'm also lookin every day. If they would at least say something like "Ok,
It's goint to take another week because of this and that".
But to read everyday that the winner will be anounced at 15 September gets
frustrating.
Like the man who wanted to buy a lottery ticket.

"How much can you win in this lottery ?"
"5.000.000 Dollar"
"And when is the draw ?"
"Friday"
"Aw, to bad. I need the money Thurday"

Yes. They're not yet published.
That said, delays in the announce often happen. Though the
"deadline" is the 15th of the month, lots of things can
happen in the background, I guess mostly RL issues. Don't
forget that the admin team is not a professionnal team, but
a volunteer team. I know it's hard to wait for the results,
but this delay is not at all exceptionnal. As for site updates
that would explain what is happening, I guess that every time
an admin finds some time to work on the competition, he prefers
to work on the votes than to update the site.

Please remember that most of the admins are computer professionals.
With Code Red closely followed by the Nimda virus attacks they probably
have not been home very much, let alone even have time to do any IRTC
sleep, and then back to work. I know others who worked more than 30
hours straight.
Hang in there,
Bob Franke
