Just looked at the irtc winners today.
Isn't it interesting that all 6 winner images are made with povray?
Does this mean that:
a) Users of other renderers don't know how to make a lab?
b) Voters were uncommonly biased towards povray?
c) Users of other renderers are finally giving up?
d) POV-Ray is just the best. Plain and simple.

It is inspiring to see this happen.

Does it have to have a meaning ?

I have insuffecient data to formulate a meaningful response.

The IRTC has historically been biased towards POV-Ray.

There is a high probability of this based on my own opinion.

The data does not support this conclusion.

The meaning is inside you, Grasshopper.

I doubt that.

I know that if an image is made in POV-Ray, I can judge it's technical
difficulty. If it's made is something else, I give it a standard 10. I have
no idea how hard or easy it is to pull off an effect in other programs.

I don't know.

Well, yeah. Duh. ; )
