When matt giwer appeared on the pov server a few months ago, i wondered just
how long it'd take him to start acting up in his usual manner ( he's a
scourge of many usenet newsgroups).
anyways, did you guys/gals  see the pic he submitted ? i just had to laugh
at how ridiculously provocative it was. That guy just craves attention and
rejection !

and im afraid i fell for it by remarking on this pic !

As they are allowed to do.

	2d.The IRTC reserves the right to reject and remove any submis-
	sion, at any time, for any reason. 

Matt made the picture for the sole intent of pissing people off, and he
was asking for it.  His last posts here mentioned this fact as well as
the text file accompanying the picture.

While I don't necessarily agree with the decision, I can understand why
they did it.

You are completely correct.  And while I too don't agree with the decision,
I won't loose any sleep over it.  Still, it might have been interesting to
read the comments, however unconstructive they may have been;)
