As noted by Kevin Jackson-Mead:
One of the entries, lrsea.jpg, has its colors messed up (looks like
greens have been replaced with blues or something like that) when viewed

full size from within the program {WinVote}. The thumbnail is fine, and
I can
view the image fine in other programs.
------------------

There is something odd about this image but I don't know what. I have
other programs that also have problems with lrsea.jpg. The easy fix is
to load and re-save the image with your favorite image processing
program. Be sure to set the jpeg quality to 100% so WinVote can display
it as the artist intended.

You may also download a fixed version from my POV site at

Sorry for the problems,
Bob

I'm not sure even 100% quality will preserve the image.
Jpeg, afaik, is always destructive. I suggest you save
it as a png or tga file. It's on your local HD, you
don't care the size.

It will. Any quality higher than the original will preserve 100%
of the image. If you take a JPEG made with 60% quality, re-saving
it with 70% quality will preserve everything.

(unless the algorithm used is not totally compliant)

Fabien.
