I didn't create this; just found it floating around on some MPEG Web sites.
It's freeware.

Put it in whatever directory you want. AVI2MPG1.EXE is the Windows 95
command-line executable; AVI2MPG is the Windows 95 shell. The two files must
be in the same directory, whatever that directory is, if you want to use the
shell.
