I fully agree with Bald Eagle. It appears to me that you have /copied/
your files/program to a new HD and the registry settings may be wrong.
Better is to fully /install/ POV-Ray again on the new drive to get the
correct connections of the standard include files at least. It is then a
simple matter to change your povray.ini file in particular.
I did this exercise recently and everything worked immediatly without a
glitch.
