This is an illustration from the 56th IPCC Summary Report, published in 
2268. After climate change drove humanity to an artificial structure 
around the Earth, the Panel continued to monitor the planet and to 
report on its changes.

The President of the United States In Exile (POTUSIE) has been reported 
to comment that "again, a useless piece of paper had been produced by a 
group which, unrelentingly, pursued its own agenda."

A few comments about the image:
- Bald Eagle is thanked for little code that renders "an alternative 
spiral". It is the basis for the rocky outcrop height_field.

- One million trees (2 types) were planted to fight rising CO2 levels.

- Fifty thousand boulders (also 2 types) were thrown to earth. Nice to 
mention that their sizes gradually decrease with distance from the camera.

- The space structure was built in Silo2.
