I could test this myself but busy, busy, busy and I just thought of it.
Q. Would writing something like #include 
"C:\Users\Stephen\Documents\POV-Ray\v3.7\include\colors.inc". Allow me 
to use the entries in that file?

I feared that would be the case.

Last question.
Are there any plans to incorporate the game engine or Bullet Physics 
into the PovRay exporter?

My guess is that LanuHum is the man to ask. ;-)
