That is fixed but older files can cause problems.
BTW: It is a general option in the system preferences panel under
'Language & Region' bottom of this panel "Keyboard Preferences" >> Text
panel. "Use smart quotes and dashes".
This was always 'forced' off in PovRay, no matter what settings used in
this panel.
I will have a fix for the inlcude file you send me.
An improved error message when a file can not be read. But files like
Problematic-Basket-Moves.inc are no longer causing problems and load!
