This is a fixed version of my stereogram file. The two major changes are:
1) the effect starts from the left and goes to the right
2) the starter file for generating the depth map transforms the
'z_pigment' to fit your object (so try to not use infinite objects and
complex csg, as it relies on min_extent and max_extent)
