I have wanted to do a similar image with CSG
for a long time now.

But when I had a peek at Rene Smellenbergh's
Isosurface Manual web pages (thank you Rene),
I realized that it could probably be done quite 
simply with an iso-surface.

In this image I used a modified version of 
one of the "blobbing" methods that he describes.

Any suggestion for this scene ?
