Just something that I've noticed in these kind of endevours.

People come up with a clever idea - the group image project, the Internet Movie
Project, the logo competition, many other non-pov projects all over the net -
and a lot of creativity goes into it.

Soon, however, the project is drowning in procedures for voting, and topic
suggestions, and job delegations. Little creative progress occurs.

I suggest you limit the voting to "What do you like best" and keep the focus on
the creation.
