Doesn't technical merit compensate for that somewhat? I've never voted
and have only entered once, so I don't really know all of the answers.
Still, would you tend to score lower on TM if two images were similar
with one created in some expensive GUI renderer and the other made in
POV? I may be completely wrong, but it seems logical.
